Gabriel Dayan is a visionary. In 1967 at age 12 he wrote a science fiction screenplay which was produced on British television. The opening scene featured speech to text technology, non-existent until two decades later. More recently, his work in writing, web design, video production and filmmaking have an underlying theme of attention to detail. Gabriel Dayan also developed a high performance computer workstation named Tachyon by combining the mission critical accuracy of an enterprise server with the speed and stability of prudently overclocked gaming hardware.

The visual appearance of the Kearney card is based on Gabriel Dayan's mindset that "health is the highest form of wealth" hence the similar appearance to a gold credit card. Behind the scenes, with regard to pandemic scenarios, he pointed out the value of embedded tracking data along with medical records. This means less strain on national economies and personal livelihoods. Instead of complete national lockdowns, the Kearney solution will make it feasible to limit quarantine to those who have directly or indirectly come into contact with infected people during the incubation period before symptoms first appeared. This solution combines saving lives with saving economies.
